Yerkin Tatishev, a Kazakh businessman, becomes Silknet's shareholder.
Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to purchase a 38.2353% interest in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Kusto Group Topaz Investments (Malta Limited) is Erkin Tatishev. He has been a long-time member of the Silk Road Group.
